Vintage nighttime post card of the Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland, Maine before the breakwater was completed out to the lighthouse in 1951. In 1960, the Fresnel lens was removed from the lighthouse and reportedly given to a private individual. (Lighthouse Digest archives.)
