This 1883 image of Haig Point Rear Range Lighthouse shows the lighthouse keeper and his family on the station’s grounds. Patrick Conner, the first keeper of the lighthouse, died at the lighthouse of natural causes in 1891. The keeper shown in this image is Richard Stonebridge who served at Haig Point from 1891 to 1923.
