Dorothy and Paul Pepper at the Fenwick Island Lighthouse in 1993. They led the movement to maintain, restore and open to the public the grand old beacon of Fenwick Island. Sadly, Dorothy passed away in 1996, before she could see her dream fulfilled, but she will be remembered forever at the Fenwick Island Lighthouse. Back to the edition of: September 1998
