In a stirring tribute the Maine State Legislature honored the life and memory of Kenneth Black who passed away this year. After the remarks and readings the Maine State Legislature gave Ken's wife, Dot Black, who was in the balcony, a standing ovation.
Ken was a leading lighthouse preservationist and founder of the Maine Lighthouse Museum and known nationally as “Mr. Lighthouse.”
