Notes: In 2002 this light station was transferred by act of Congress to the Alaska Lighthouse Association along with 1505 acres of land. There are plans to open the station as a historical site and lodge. The lantern room of the lighthouse was removed in the 1950s, but the Alaska Lighthouse Association is having a new replica lantern room created and installed. Tower Height: 25 Height of Focal Plane: 63 Characteristic and Range: White flash every 6 seconds. Description of Tower: White cylindrical concrete tower on roof of fog signal building.
