The 1904 Dungeness Lighthouse still stands. It had to be replaced because it was blocked by a nuclear power plant. Tower Height: 141 Height of Focal Plane: 131 Characteristic and Range: White flash every 10 seconds, visible for 27 nautical miles. Description of Tower: Cylindrical concrete tower with alternating black and white horizontal bands.
