The light was removed from the lighthouse to a skeletal tower in 1928, but on March 19, 2003 the light was moved back into the lighthouse. Tower Height: 39 Height of Focal Plane: 93 Characteristic and Range: White flash every 4 seconds. Description of Tower: Octagonal limestone tower attached to keeper's dwelling.
