This light was re-activated as an aid to navigation in October 2011. It is very similar to the lighthouses at Sacket's Harbor and Stony Point.

Description of Tower: Square stone tower, lower part gray and upper part white, with red lantern.

Directions:
This lighthouse is privately owned and the site is not open to the public. A visitor to this site says it "can be clearly seen from the Ogdensburg Harbor (boat dock), and also from the bridge nearby." Bill Edwards provides these directions to the dock: "Take State St. northwest to end at tennis courts, turn left (southwest) to boat dock."
