Location: East Bank, about 14 miles SW of Punta Canoas.

Notes:
A "Salmedina" lightship was stationed at this location in the early 1930s.

Height of Focal Plane: 72

Characteristic and Range: White flash every 10 seconds, visible for 15 nautical miles.

Description of Tower: Orange tower.

1940s(?): Iron mast on a sunken wreck. 1960s(?): White masonry tower, 23 feet tall, focal plane 33 feet.

Current Use: Active aid to navigation.
