Doe Valley Lake is a 360-acre lake with 12 miles of shoreline. The lighthouse was built by Patrick W. Miller to help him locate his dock after dark. The tower has three levels with interior ladders -- two levels for recreational activities/storage and the lantern level. Tower Height: 36 Height of Focal Plane: 50 Characteristic and Range: Rotating white light. Description of Tower: White and brown hexagonal tower.
