In Nov 2015, the lighthouse was moved 40 feet from the eroding cliff.

Characteristic and Range: Fixed red, visible for 9 nautical miles.

Description of Tower: White, hexagonal wooden tower.

Current Use: Active aid to navigation.

Open To Public? Grounds only.

Directions:
Follow Harbour Point Road from the village of Gabarus. Watch for an open grassy area at about .3 mile (1/2 km). The lighthouse can be reached via a short walk following the narrow path from here.
