Notes:
While established in 1847 the light was not shown until 1848. This onshore station was replaced by the DeTour Reef Lighthouse in 1931.

Description of Tower: 1848: 65-foot white stone tower; 1861: iron skeletal tower with central cylinder.

This light is not operational

Date Established: 1847

Date Deactivated: 1931

Optics: 1848: 13 lamps and 14-inch reflectors.

Current Use: Destroyed.
