Plenty of towns can boast of a park. But when you consider that ours covers over 150 acres of land, we think it's worth mentioning.
The Pendleton Historical Museum is also located in Falls Park, exhibiting historical items relating to Pendleton and surrounding Fall Creek District. The museum is open May through September on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.; in October Sunday only, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Directions: 150-acre Falls Park is off North Pendleton Avenue near downtown Pendleton. The lighthouse is located on a pond in the park.
