There is a visitor kiosk on Angel Island, open 8 am to sunset. There are walking tours of the island available; call (415) 435-3522 for information. There are also one-hour tram tours of the island; call Tram Tours at (415) 897-0715.

The Blue and Gold Fleet operates a ferry to Angel Island from San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. Phone: (415) 773-1188. The trip takes about 40 minutes.
